Ingredients

5 medium carrots, scraped and cut into diagonal slices
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. corn oil margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Combine carrot slices, water and salt in a medium saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat 15 minutes or just until tender (do not drain).
Combine orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, margarine, and ginger, stirring until well blended.
Pour over carrot slices in saucepan.
