2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary.
Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients (batter will be thick).
Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle; spread slightly.
Cook until edges are dry.
Turn; cook until golden brown.
Serve topped with warm spaghetti sauce.
