Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped cheese crackers (Cheez-Its)
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can drained and flaked salmon
Preparation
    Combine 3/4 cup crumbs, egg, parsley, onion, milk, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add salmon and cheese.
    Shape into patties. Mix margarine with rest of crumbs.
    Coat with mixture.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until golden brown at 400\u00b0.
