Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can chili peppers, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken.
Warm soup, onion, sour cream and peppers.
Warm tortillas slightly for handling ease.
Grease large casserole dish.
Fill tortillas with chicken, soup and mixture and cheese and roll up.
Top with extra soup mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
