Mock Lobster Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 saltine crackers
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 small green pepper
    3 eggs, boiled
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 1 1/2 to 2 quarts.
    You may substitute 1 can tomato soup instead of juice.
