Hawaiian Salad(Serves 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 (6 oz.) can orange concentrate
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    2 large bananas
    1/2 box coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add orange concentrate.
    Chill until almost set.
    Prepare dessert topping.
    Fold into gelatin mixture.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
