Miriam'S Middle East Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
garlic powder
chopped dill
Preparation
-
Cook carrots for about 10 minutes.
Let them set in hot water for 5 more minutes.
Carrots should be quite firm but not hard. Drain water.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Chill.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
