Pink Cranberry Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (No. 1) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Soften cream cheese. Blend in mayonnaise and sugar. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze at least 6 hours. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Remove from pan and slice. Serve on lettuce leaves. Tastes delightful with turkey.
