Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 lb. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Whip the first 3 ingredients until frothy, but not stiff. Stir the nuts (all at one time) into the egg white mix.
    In another bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix in nuts and stir until all are completely covered with mixture. Bake on buttered pan for about 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Cool and enjoy. If they stick together, simply break apart.
