Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 sticks margarine
    2 cans mushrooms and stems (small can)
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 cans beef bouillon
    1 large onion
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except margarine.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole and slice margarine over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
