Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes (may use canned)
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. evaporated milk
    pecan halves
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order thoroughly; pour into pie shell. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Decorate with pecan halves.
    Makes 6 servings.
