Rhubarb Betty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. raw rhubarb
red jello
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together.
Pat half of crumb mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cook next three ingredients until clear.
Add raw rhubarb.
Spread on crumb mixture.
Sprinkle some red jello over rhubarb mixture.
Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.
Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
