Apricot Glazed Turkey Breast Slices - cooking recipe

1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/3 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. McCormick or Schilling Parsley Patch lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. McCormick or Schilling Parsley Patch all-purpose seasoning
1 lb. fresh turkey breast slices
Preparation

With whisk or spoon, blend first six ingredients well, breaking up apricot pieces.
Place turkey in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over turkey and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours to 24 hours.
