Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots, grated
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 2/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Boil oil, vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetable mixture while hot.
Let stand 1 day.
Can add 1 cup green and red sweet pepper for color at Christmas time.
