Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 apples, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar and flour. Stir together flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
    Mix flour mixture with creamed mixture.
    Add 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Peel and slice apples very thinly and add to mixture.
    Pour mixture into greased and floured Bundt cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
    Let set for 1 hour and gently remove from pan.
