Old-Fashioned Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 carrots, peeled
1/2 c. walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a spring-form Bundt pan.
With shredding disc of food processor or by hand, grate enough carrots to yield 3 cups.
Using steel blade of the processor, chop enough nuts to yield 1/2 cup.
Set carrots and nuts aside.
With electric mixer or by hand, mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
