Orange Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. cold milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve orange Jell-O in boiling water.
Stir in orange juice.
Add undrained pineapple.
Mix well.
Chill until partially set.
Stir in Mandarin oranges.
Pour into serving bowl.
Chill until set.
Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl; beat well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over top of congealed Jell-O mixture. Chill until serving time.
Makes 12 servings.
