Ingredients

1/2 c. finely grated horseradish
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. liquid pectin
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pectin.
Bring to a boil, then add the liquid pectin, stirring constantly.
Boil hard for 30 seconds. Pour into clean, warm jelly glasses.
