Caramel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box butter recipe cake mix
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 small can (2/3 c.) Carnation milk
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to directions for layer cake.
    Mix other ingredients well.
    Cook over low heat 30 minutes or until thickened.
    Spread on cooled cake layers.
