Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small acorn squash
    1 1/2 c. apple
    1/4 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    salt
Preparation
    Cut squash in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds.
    Bake cut-side down in baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Mix apple, celery, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon.
    Turn squash cut-side up and sprinkle with salt.
    Put apple mixture in squash halves and bake covered about 25 minutes or until apple is tender.
    Serves 4.
