Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. chopped onions
    3 c. celery, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Melt shortening in skillet.
    Brown onions, celery, salt, pepper, bouillon, soy sauce and sugar.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add frozen vegetables and diced chicken.
    Cook about 8 minutes and remove from heat.
