Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. fish fillets
    1 lb. fat, melted
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper (white)
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    14 oz. flour
    2 oz. butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut fish into 50 portions. Mix fat, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Dip each portion into seasoned fat. Dredge fish with flour. Place close together in a single layer in a greased baking pan. Mix butter or margarine and milk and pour over fillets. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
