Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
1/8 c. onion salt
dash of pepper
1 pt. sour cream
Parmesan cheese
butter
Preparation

Cook potatoes in salt water, mash but do not add milk.
Grease casserole with butter.
Combine all ingredients, put into casserole dish and sprinkle heavily with grated Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter.
Refrigerate overnight.
(This brings out the flavor.)
Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour or longer until top is golden brown.
