Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 jalapeno peppers
1 small onion
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp. dried cilantro or 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
salt and pepper
2 tsp. lime juice
1 large can whole tomatoes
Preparation

For a smooth salsa, process ingredients in blender.
For a chunky salsa, chop ingredients and mix.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
