Crab Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. half and half
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    paprika
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour.
    Cook until bubbly. Gradually stir in half and half.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
    Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring frequently.
    Garnish with paprika.
