Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops, cooked and diced
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    3 to 4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 pkg. 10-inch flour tortillas
    salsa and sour cream
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 small can pineapple, drained and diced
    1 pkg. shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
Preparation
    Heat skillet over medium heat.
    Mix together pork chops, corn, beans, pineapple and tomatoes.
    Place tortilla in pan. Spoon mixture over half of tortilla.
    Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
    Fold tortilla over.
    Cook until tortilla is browned and slightly crispy on both sides and cheese is melted.
    Serve with salsa and sour cream.
