3 Rivers Chicken In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. white wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    6 to 8 pieces boneless breast of chicken
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix flour with sour cream, then mix in all other ingredients, except chicken.
    Pour into baking dish and submerge chicken into mix.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice or couscous.
