No Crust Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. graham crackers
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add baking powder, then sugar gradually.
Fold in graham crackers, pecans and vanilla.
Bake in greased pie pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cool, top with whipping cream or Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate.
