Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe

boneless or regular pork chops
bread crumbs
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
egg
Preparation

Roll pork chops in egg, using 1 egg per 2 pork chops.
Then roll in bread crumbs.
Then roll in soup mix.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in long casserole dish (one layer only).
