Pork Chop-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper
    2 onions
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops over medium heat.
    Arrange 2 cups potatoes in a 2-quart casserole.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Slice 1 onion into very thin slices and arrange on top of potatoes.
    Pour 1/2 can of mushroom soup over all.
    Repeat procedure.
    Place browned pork chops on top.
    Cover.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tender all the way through.
    This casserole is very easy to prepare.
