Hot 'N Sour Sauteed Cabbage And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    2 lb. cabbage, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
    2 tart (Granny Smith) apples, cored, but not peeled and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Combine butter and onions in a 3-quart microwave proof casserole dish. Cook on High to melt butter. Add cabbage and apples. Cover tightly and cook on High for 6 minutes or until tender-crisp; stir well. Let stand, covered, while cooking the sauce.
