Parmesan Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. unsalted margarine or butter
    1/4 c. dry vermouth or dry white wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Dredge the chicken breast in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, patting the cheese into the flesh.
    Dredge them in flour, lightly shaking off the excess.
