Four Chip Muffins(Makes 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted and cooled lightly salted butter
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. peanut butter chips
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin cups.
    In a large bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, stir together milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until blended. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add milk mixture and stir just to combine.
    Stir in chips and nuts.
    Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in center of one muffin comes out clean. Remove muffin tin to wire rack; cool 5 minutes before removing from muffin tin.
    Serve warm or cool completely.
    They freeze well.
