Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slab ribs, cut up or neck bone
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can tomato paste
1 (32 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 large can tomatoes, crushed
cooked rice (optional)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in soup pot except rice and cover with water.
Cook until meat and cabbage are tender.
Add rice if desired.
