Persimmon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. white Karo syrup
2 eggs
1 c. persimmon pulp
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add other ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until center is barely set.
