Carrot Souffl - cooking recipe

2 c. cooked and mashed carrots
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Add margarine to carrots. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add eggs and milk. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
