Pepper Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar chopped jalapeno peppers
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Colby cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 10-inch pan.
Cover bottom of pan with jalapeno peppers.
Cover top of peppers with Cheddar cheese.
Top with Colby cheese.
Beat eggs and add milk.
Pour over top of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cool slightly and cut into squares.
Serve with Triscuits or crackers of choice.
