Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    tomatoes
    onion
    green pepper
    3/4 c. regular rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Season the chops and brown.
    Lay flat in your pan.
    On top of each chop, lay a slice of tomato, a slice of onion and a slice of green pepper.
    Pour your cooked rice all around the edges.
    Mix your water with the bouillon and then pour over the rice.
    Cover with foil and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
