Fat-Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo syrup (light or dark syrup)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes or when cake springs back when touched. Cool on rack 10 minutes.
