Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed (optional)
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Add caraway seed and raisins.
    Mix.
    In small bowl, mix margarine, eggs and buttermilk. Add to dry
    mixture; mix by hand.
    Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Test by inserting knife.
    When knife is dry, it's ready.
