Country Captain Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    flour
    salt and pepper
    shortening
    2 onions
    2 green peppers, chopped
    couscous
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    3 tsp. curry powder
    2 1/2 (No. 303) cans tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 lb. almonds, toasted
    3 heaping tsp. currants
Preparation
    Shake breasts in flour mixture.
    Brown in shortening.
    Remove from pan.
    Keep warm.
