Sesame Waffles(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. instant nonfat milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or canola oil
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. sesame seed
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, instant nonfat milk, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs, olive oil and water.
    Make a well in the flour mixture; add egg mixture and blend.
    Fold in sesame seed and vanilla extract.
    Pour 2/3 cup of mix into waffle iron and bake 3 minutes.
