Chess Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Butter Recipe cake mix
1 egg
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
2 to 3 eggs

Preparation

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and margarine and press in bottom of greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 2 to 3 eggs. Pour over mixture. Bake at 300\u00b0 until brown, about 1 hour. Cool and cut in squares.
