Artichoke Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. artichokes, sliced
2 lb. chopped onions
6 stalks celery, chopped
6 green peppers
3 lb. light brown sugar
4 Tbsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. white mustard seed
4 Tbsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 qt. cider vinegar
1 c. vinegar, mixed with 1 c. plain flour
Preparation

Cook ingredients for 10 minutes.
Add artichokes and seal into hot jars.
