Anthony'S Special Secret Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 lb. processed cheese block (cubed)
1 fresh jalapeno seeded and chopped fine
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
optional: 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)

Preparation

Combine mushroom soup and cheese in a double boiler and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Remove from heat and pour into bowl. This dish may be used as a cheese sauce with enchiladas, tacos or as a nacho dip.
The tomatoes may be added as an option for a different, more colorful flavor.
