Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple and juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. ginger ale or water with juice
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add ginger ale and juice; chill until slightly thick.
Fold in pineapple.
Pour into an 8-inch square pan or mold.
Chill until firm.
Serves 9.
