Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
5 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 c. cooked and cubed ham
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Stir in flour and pepper; add milk and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; add cheese and mayonnaise.
Stir until cheese melts. Combine ham, potatoes and sauce.
Pour into baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
