Italian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (7 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat corn oil in large skillet.
Add green pepper, onions, garlic and ground beef.
Cook over medium heat until lightly browned.
Remove from heat.
Add tomatoes, corn, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano and macaroni.
Mix well. Turn into 3-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
