Tabouli(Lebanon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bunches parsley
    1 bunch green onion
    4 pieces tomato
    1/2 piece yellow onion
    1 tsp. green peppermint, chopped or dry mint
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. cracked wheat (burgul)
    salt as needed
    sprinkle of pepper
Preparation
    All ingredients can be chopped very fine by hand, except for the parsley.
    It could be chopped in a food processor.
    Mix all vegetables together.
    Just before serving, soak the cracked wheat (burgul) in a little water; add to vegetables and add salt, pepper, peppermint, lemon juice and olive oil.
    Mix very well. Ready to eat!
    Makes enough for 6 people.
