Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    1 bay leaf
    1 stalk celery
    salt to taste
    1 onion
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil chicken with bay leaf, celery, salt and onion.
    Remove chicken from broth.
    Break into small pieces.
    Mix chicken, soup and sour cream.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with butter.
    Put chicken mixture in casserole dish and top with Ritz cracker mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
